Istanbul Başakşehir F.K.'s Professional Football Management Certificate Program is starting for the 6th time. The program, which is the first and only one in Turkey to be offered by a football club and officially supported by the European Football Clubs, will start accepting applications on November 25, 2025. The program aims to train future football leaders and is one of the most important social projects carried out by the club to add lasting value to Turkish football. The program's content is updated every year in line with the current trends of the international football industry, providing participants with a unique learning and networking opportunity. This year's program will include a new course on 'Stadium and Facility Management'. The club continues to offer the program free of charge to participants, in line with its principles of 'Football for All' and 'Fair Play', as well as the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals of 'Reducing Inequalities', 'Gender Equality', and 'Quality Education'. Practical Information About the Program: The official language of the program is Turkish, but some guest speakers may present in English. The program is open to football professionals, club managers, sports marketing and communication professionals, and anyone who wants to pursue a career in football. Applicants are required to submit their resume, motivation letter, and participation certificate in at least one sports/football management education. Reference letters are optional. Applications are carefully evaluated by the committee established by the club. The program also includes match-watching events, field visits, and networking meetings on suitable days according to the schedule.
